In the beginning i only created a digipak cover in order to receive feedback that would reflect on what the audience expected from a house music digipak. After receiving the feedback I continued to create a digipak with their needs in mind.
My first idea is based around the self portrait of an individual for the cover of the digipak. This idea is one that will allow the audience to feel connected to the artist because self portraits are used to depict the artist as the main subject and represent what the artist is about. A self-portrait can be used as a tool of self promotion allowing the audience to see who the artist is as a person.
The above images of Digipak covers are not my own work but are the basis of what I want to eventually want to create.

The final digipak was produced using Adobe Premiere Pro. Looking at my flat plan for the digipak, it is obvious that I have changed my design on some pages significantly. I made the decision to re-name the digipak 'right here' in order to fit with the music video and the first track on the digipak. The final digipak colour scheme came about when I was trying to understand what love was. I took it as being black and white, between two people with a little bit of colour signifying excitement when you are in the moment together "Right Here."
I decided to create four pages because a number of digipaks I conducted research on did not consist of six pages. Looking at the House music genre a number of artists CD's are simple and an extension of their creativity, not separate elements.
